Creator subscription

Creator is billed by Stripe. Checkout shows the price before you confirm. A 7-day trial is applied to a new subscription. After the trial, the subscription renews each month until you cancel.

Cancel from Billing when the portal is available. If billing management is unavailable, use Support. Cancellation is handled by Stripe's customer portal and does not run from the deletion form. The public world can stay online after you cancel. Publishing another world then uses the Free limit.

Refunds

Needs review before launch

No refund period, partial-refund rule, or exception list has been set by the operator. This page does not promise a refund.

Purchases on a creator's own shop, booking page, or other external site are not Vynook charges. Vynook cannot refund them.
