Version 2026-10-10.2
Terms
Effective 2026-10-10. The draft rules for using a Vynook account and publishing a world.
Status of these terms
Draft version 2026-10-10.2, effective 2026-10-10. This page describes how the product works today. It is not a certification of legal compliance.
The agreement
Needs review before launch
Creating an account requires an explicit acceptance of this version of the Terms and the Privacy page. Acceptance is stored with the account when that write succeeds. Older accounts without a stored version have not been marked as having accepted these terms.
The legal entity offering the service, the governing law, and the dispute process are not chosen yet.
Accounts and worlds
You need an account to publish. You are responsible for the sign-in credentials and for the material you place in a world.
You keep ownership of the content you upload. You give Vynook permission to host, display, and share that content so the product can show the world to visitors, including through a public link and a share card.
Publishing makes that snapshot available to anyone with the link until it is unpublished or restricted.
Subscriptions
The Creator plan is a monthly Stripe subscription when checkout is available. The current test price includes a 7-day trial, then the monthly price shown at checkout. It renews automatically until it is canceled from the billing portal. Opening the success page does not by itself start the paid plan.
Canceling stops a later renewal. It does not, by itself, delete the account or the world. Worlds that are already published stay available. Publishing another world then uses the Free limit. A refund rule has not been set. See Refunds.
Links inside a world to another shop, calendar, or newsletter are not Vynook purchases. Vynook does not refund those transactions.
Limits
Needs review before launch
Do not misuse the service. The Acceptable Use page lists the kinds of worlds and links that can be restricted.
Warranty, liability, and indemnity language needs a lawyer before it is treated as final. Nothing on this page promises that a world will be available without interruption.
